Designing your Home
This is truly where my build is in a league of its own. We offer to walk with you through the design process, engaging with a selected list of either architects, designers or drafting firms. Depending on your requirements such as timeframe and budget, we will help you select the right option to ensure the most efficient outcome for your design requirements.
Alternatively if you have already been through the design process and have a full set of working drawings we are happy to provide you with a competitive tender.
Building your Home
Once we have signed a contract that will include a detailed Letter of Offer, Construction Programme and a plain language HIA contract, we are ready to begin the construction of your new home.
Atmy build we have a great team of handpicked sub-contract tradesmen that we have gathered together. We will deliver a guaranteed quality outcome. Likewise our employees have been through a rigorous selection process and will relentlessly pursue our core value - building excellence.
During the construction period there are literally hundreds of design selections to be made -from bathroom tiles to kitchen bench tops. This has the potential to be both stressful and time consuming. We have staff with years of industry experience, who will help you make the right choice every time.
From turning the first sod through to handing you the keys, our aim is to ensure that you enjoy the journey by offering you a hassle free and enjoyable experience.
